D'Elia, Vincenzo (Vince )After a lengthy illness and courageous battle on Wednesday, September 6, 2004 at Hotel Dieu Hospital. Vincenzo D'Elia 57 years of age. Beloved son of Antonio and Antonietta D'Elia, loving brother of Lil (Angelo) Farinacci, Gino D'Elia, Carm D'Elia, Mario (Deanna) D'Elia, Peter (Angela) D'Elia. Will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins here and in Italy. Vince was a member of Club Roma. Vince is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. until Saturday at 9 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfred's Church at 9:30 a.m. with Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting Hours Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers for the deceased will be celebrated in the funeral home on Friday at 3 p.m. Memorial Remembrances to Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
