Sauve, Gertrude Peacefully with her children at her side on Friday, September 24, 2004 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in her 87th year. Gertrude (Blais) Sauve, beloved wife of the late Gaston Sauve (1975). Loving mother of Linda (John) Bemben of St. Catharines and Michael (Allison) Sauve of Welland. Cherished Grandma of Kevin, Daryl, Brian and Danielle. She was a member of the Catholic Women's League of St. Alfred's Parish. Gertrude's family will receive relatives and friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday September 27, 2004 at 11:00 a.m in St. Alfred's Church. Rite of Committal, Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers will be held on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial remembrances made to the Hotel Dieu Hospital Dialysis Unit or the Charity of One's Choice.
