Obituary of Eva (Susan) Czernielewski

Czernielewski Eva (Susan) Surrounded by her loving family, on Friday September 10, 2004 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in her 80th year. Beloved wife of Henry. Loving mother of Peter (Darlene), Sonia (Ken) Hancock and Greg ( Charlotte), Cherished Omi of Cameron, Sheldon, Evan, Courtney, Justin, Stephen, and Suzanne. Dear Aunt of Andy (Dawn) Bergemann and family, Gini (John) Seidl and family. Predeceased by her sister Gertrude Bergemann. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to the Parkinsons Foundation would be apprciated by the family.
