Obituary of Allan John Brown

BROWN ALLAN JOHN 16 Sept., 1924 - 13 Aug. 2004 Mourned and loved by his wife Jacqueline Emma DeGagne. Beloved father of Linda-Marie (Brian Douglas) Grant , Richard John (Ann Kershaw) Brown and William Clare Brown. Loved and cherished by his grand daughter E. Meagan Grant. Allan was predeceased by his parents John and Agnes Brown of Fythe Scotland and his sister Mary Summers. He was a veteran of WWII, serving on HMCS Star. He retired from the St. Lawrence Seaway in 1989 after 39 years. A Memorial Service to celebrate Allan's life will be held in the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. On Wednesday August 18th, at 1pm.
