Dear Cally: I'm sorry that I can't be there with you and the family to celebrate Sharon's life. She was a very dear person to me and to the countless other people that had their lives touched by your sister. She had an optimism and a joy of life that will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all. Again, I regret that I am unable to be there with you but please say hello to everyone for me. My thoughts are with you and the family. Bill

Sharon was a special person at Meadowvale School when my boys were there. I used to meet her at functions or just out having a good time, doing what she liked best, enjoying life. She will be missed. Our sympathy goes to her family.

Dear Cally, Greg, Sarah and Alexis,
I have been following, at a distance , the events as they have unfolded over the past year.
I cannot express the depth of my admiration for you all.
You have faced a very difficult situation with such grace. You respectfully accepted Sharon's difficult decisions regarding her treatment and supported her with such caring and compassion. You could not have done more.
You are in our thoughts and prayers.
I only hope this note brings you some small measure of comfort.
Our deepest condolences.
Love,
Susan ( and Steve, Katie, Lauren and Jane Baerg)

I'm sorry of hearing Sharon's passing.
Sharon was a great teacher at Ferndale School where she taught both of my children. The children in her class room just adored her as did her peers. Sharon was always smiling and encouraging the children to do their best.

When I was in elementary school, Mrs. Burnett was my Grade 3 and then Grade 4 teacher. She was always someone that we loved to be around. She made a large difference in everyone's lives that she touched.
What a great person she was, and will be thought of always as someone who inspired me to become an educator.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.
