Obituary of Bruce Dexter Keyes
Keyes, Bruce Dexter (Bud)
August 10, 1919- March 19, 2005. Passed peacefully after a long illness at Shaver Hospital, St. Catharines. Predeceased by his wife Margaret Ward (2000) and his son Edward (2002), he will be sadly missed by his sons Dave (Doreen), Sean (Kathy), Kevin (Janice) and all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren, his sister Janice (Lorne) Slack. Born in Gananoque, Ontario Bud was a veteran of W.W.II serving overseas for 4 years, then moving to St. Catharines in 1946 he worked as a auto mechanic retiring in 1985.
Bud is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. where a funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1 p.m. with cremation to follow. Visiting Hours Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial Remembrances to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
