Obituary of Marion Elizabeth Pugh

PUGH, Marion Elizabeth With her loving children by her side, Marion went home to meet Jesus on Monday, January 31, 2005 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in St. Catharines, Ontario. Marion was in her 81st year of life which was full of wonderful memories. Marion was predeceased by her beloved husband Allan Raymond Pugh, daughter Debbie, and many sisters and brothers. She was the devoted mother of John Douglas (Elaine), Jayne Elizabeth Gander (Brian), David Allan (Michelle) and Mary Pugh. "Nanny" will be sadly missed by grandchildren Barbara (Ken), Deborah, Jamie (Kristine), Josh, Dean and Jena, and great-grandchildren Alanna, Sydney, Sarah, Nicholas, and Zachary. Sister of Ethel Fulton and Philip Watson in Saint John, New Brunswick and sister-in-law Helena Boyle in Pugwash, Nova Scotia. Marion is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines where her family will receive visitors on Wednesday, February 2nd from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, February 3rd at 11 a.m. Thank you to the staff of the Hotel Dieu Hospital that helped keep Marion comfortable in her final hours. Donations in Marion's memory to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
