Biancaniello, Antonio Peacefully after a courageous battle on Thursday, January 20, 2005 at St. Catharines General Hospital. Beloved husband of 52 years to Letizia, loving father of Rachele Maida, Angie Iorio and Mike, loving and cherished nonno of Lauren, David and Michael, dear brother of Amato (Giovanna), Rosa DeMita (John), Emilia Prudente (Amato), Felice (Maria), Ralph (Ida) all of St. Catharines, Filomena, Geraldo and Maria all in Italy, survived by many nieces and nephews, predeceased by parents Michele and Rachele Biancaniello, dearest friend of Carmine and Vincenza Amendola and family. Mr. Biancaniello was a member of St. Alfred's Church, a founding pioneer of Club Roma and a longtime member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 303. Mr. Biancaniello is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. until Monday at 9 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfred's Church at 9:30 a.m. with entombment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting Hours Sunday 1:30-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be celebrated in the funeral home on Sunday at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. You were much loved and will be sadly missed. Rest well.
