Obituary of Eva McLean

McLean, Eva, It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother on Thursday, June 9th , 2005 in her 97th year. Devoted wife of the late William Robert McLean (1990). Mother of Marie Baylor (Steve) and William Ronald McLean (Patricia). Cherished grandmother of Brooks Baylor and Rick and Robb McLean. Great-grandmother of Sarah, Samantha, Megan and Delilah McLean. The family wish to express heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Macassa Lodge for the care and compassion given our mother, especially Lana and Paola, two of the greatest care givers we have ever encountered. Also, special thanks to Corrine, our mother's friend and companion over the past 7 years. Eva's family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Sunday from 2-4 & 7 9 pm. A private family ceremony will be held on Monday. The family would appreciate memorial donations made to the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation or your favourite charity.
