Obituary of Jean Paul Berard

Berard, Jean Paul (JP): Suddenly on Friday January 21, 2011 at Lundy Manor Retirement Home in Niagara Falls, in his 76th year. Loving father of Rick (Sherry), Mitch (Judy), Ron (Debbie), and Norm. Cherished grandpa JP of Ryan, Tyler, Jordin, Justin, and Catharine. Jean Paul is survived by his brother Jim, sisters Germaine, Rose, Estelle, Bernadette, Juliette, Carmel and many nieces and nephews. Jean Paul retired from General Motors after 42 years of work. Sherkston Shores will never be the same without Johnny Beach, and he was a devoted hockey dad, who spent many days in the arenas without ever lacing up his skates. Mr.Berard is resting that the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday January 25, 2011 from 3-7 p.m. A celebration of his life will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday Jan 26, 2011 at 11 am. with cremation to follow. Memorial remembrances made to Right to Play Canada, would be appreciated by the family.
