My sincere condolences to you and your family in your loss. I first met Peter as a Sheetmetal apprentice 30 years ago. I always considered him one of the few true "tradesmen", his advice and "tricks of the trade" helped and encouraged me to be a better Journeyman. Any time I heard his name mentioned, be it on a job site, or at Local 537 union meeting, it was always with a kind word or a comment like "now there's a real tinknocker". As a Journeyman, then an Instructor at Mohawk College to an HVAC Inspector with the City of St. Catharines, I've constantly used his pride of workmanship and attention to detail as an example of what a being a "skilled tradesman" is all about. His skill, trade knowledge and sense of humour are a great loss to all who had the priviledge of working with him.
