My Mom and My Aunt Shirley asked me to convey a message from them:
We just heard, and were deeply saddened about the passing of Aunt Marg, and would like to send our deepest condolences.
Although, we haven't seen you boys in years, we have fond memories of your Mom and your Dad. Your Dad was our Uncle Ronnie, whom was a brother to our Mom, Josephine (Lee) Horan of Perth, Ontario.

So sorry to hear of Marg's passing. I have been away and just heard. What a remarkable woman, archtypical of the Loftus clan. Speaking of the Loftus clan, barring a federal election I am hoping to make it down to St. Kitts sometime this summer. My best regards to all and I hope to see you all soon.
Again my sincere condolences,
Gregg

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Marg. She was always such fun and loved to laugh. We had a great time laughing and joking with her at our wedding in Ottawa. Man, she had such a zest for life.
My wife Marlene and I send our sincere condolences.

I will miss Marg, affectionately known to us as one of the Royalty, (the Loftus sisters). What a great woman; so absolutely funny, strong and independent.
How lucky and blessed to have her as my aunt. My memories will carry a life time.
Much love,
Karen

I feels as though a "grande dame" has passed from us. What I remember most about Marg is her positive energy, her enthisuasm for life, and the easy way she had of picking up a conversation and carrying on as if no time had passed, regardless of how many years it had been. And of course, her prowess as a bridge queen, where she whipped my ... with great skill and humour. I am happy for the chance I had to know her, and the great memories she has left behind for all of us.
Love and best wishes to all
Jeanne and Luis
