Obituary of Eva Ann Stimac

STIMAC EVA ANN (nee: Milkovic) Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday April 18, 2005 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, three days before her 87th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Mike (Marko) for 54 wonderful years. Loving mother of Stephen of Albany New York, John and his wife Judie of St. Catharines. Cherished grandmother of Shannon, Michelle and husband Gus Vogiatzis, Shaila and her husband Kevin Carey, Michael, Daniel, Thomas and his wife Angela. Nana Eva to Billy and Chloe Vogiatzis. Predeceased by her brother Steve of Niagara and brothers and sisters in Croatia. Eva will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Eva was an avid gardener and also past secretary - treasurer of the Croatian Fraternal Union, Lodge 951. Eva is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Friday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfred's Church at 11am. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 3:00pm. Memorial remembrances to St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
