Obituary of Michel Maltais

MALTAIS MICHEL (Mike) Passed away tragically in Quebec City on Saturday May 6, 2006 at the age of 37. He will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his son Karl and his parents Berthe Dupras (Lucien Beauchemin) of Gatineau, PQ and Rosaire Maltais (Ruth Potvin) of St. Romulaud, PQ. Loving brother of Carol-Ann (Marc St. Amant) and Gabriel. Uncle to Alexandre and Martin. Cherished Godson of Micheline and Roland Maltais. Mike was always close to his many aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends and he will be sadly missed. The time we shared with you was very special and it will always be remembered. Mike was born and raised in St. Catharines and attended Ecole Secondaire Confederation in Welland. Upon graduation, he moved to Quebec City where he was employed until the time of his death. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Tuesday evening from 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11:00am.
