July 18, 1918-April 15, 2006
Passed away on Saturday, April 15th at the Hotel Dieu-Shaver Rehab in his 88th year.
Devoted husband of Dorothy (Douglas) and dear father of Jim (Karon) of Calgary, Brian (Gisele), Don (Louise) and Penny (Harold) of St. Catharines. Poppa of Jana, Jeff, Corrin (Mike), Amber, Briar, Brad, Amanda and Doug. Also survived by Georgia of Edmonton.
Clarence was a former employee General Motors, Port Weller Dry Docks , past member of the Port Dalhousie Lions Club , a member of St. Johns Anglican Church in Port Dalhousie and a diehard Toronto Maple Leaf fan for many years.
Clarence's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Tuesday, April 18th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, 80 Main Street, Port Dalhousie on Wednesday, April 19th at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society or the Dreams to Memories Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
