Obituary of Gerald Wonch

Wonch, Gerald "Jerry" - We sadly announce his passing on Wednesday May 1, 2013 at home with his beloved wife and daughter by his side at the young age of 54. Loving husband to Shirley for 25 years. Adoring dad to Ali. Fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters Mary Jane (Domenic) Elia, Ken (Linda), Colleen (Jim), Vince, Flo (Tom) Hudson, Lorne Schmeichel and many family members. Predeceased by his parents Norman and Virginia and sister Yvonne Luckinuk. A special thank you to Dr. Buetow, the chemo nurses at NHS, Lori, Marek, Mike and Andrea from St. Elizabeth and CCAC for all your support and compassion. Your heartfelt “buddy” Princess will never be the same without you. Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 between 3-7pm. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 11am. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to Well Springs Niagara in Jerry's honour.
