Obituary of Aniela (Ann) Chmielak

Chmielak, Aniela (Ann) Suddenly on Sunday, March 26, 2006 at St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS at 80 years of age. Beloved wife of Jan (John) for 61 years. Loving mother of the late Marion Paul (Patricia), Jennie (James) Caldwell, and John, dear Babcia of John (Ronya), Catherine (Stuart), Lindsay, Erin, Tamara (Chris), and Travis and great Babcia of Kelsey, Sierra, Joshua and Ruby, survived by her sister Bronislawa and brother-in-law Ivan and many relatives of Ukraine, sister-in-law Helen of Poland and their families and many nieces and nephews in Poland. Mrs. Chmielak was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Mrs. Chmielak is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. until Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. Funeral LIturgy will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 1 p.m. with Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting Hours Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers for the deceased will be celebrated in the funeral home on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Memorial Remembrance to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church Fund or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
