Obituary of Ewanna Zadorozny

ZADOROZNY, Ewanna (Joan) Passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in her 83rd year. Loving wife for 64 years of Kazmer and dear mother of Zenia (Paul) Grant, Mike (Susan), and Bill, all of St. Catharines. Loved baba of Natalie (Mike) Neprily, Michael (Melanie) and Daniel (Cherisse), and beloved great grandmother of Ashleigh, Samantha, Nathan and Jordan. Ewanna was a member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church and worked with the kitchen staff at the St. Catharines General Hospital for 20 years retiring in 1986. She loved to sing and dance and cherished the moments when she could gather all her family together. Ewanna's family will receive visitors on Friday, February, 17th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines. A Funeral Liturgy will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, February, 18th at 11 am . Panachyda will take place Friday evening at 7:30pm. Burial to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial remembrances to the Children of Chernobyl or the St. Catharines General Hospital Oncology Department would be appreciated by the family.
