I hope it is of some comfort to Eileen's family to know that the moments they were unable to share with her because of distance or just plain living, Eileen filled by doing things she enjoyed most, and that some of her neighbours were privileged to share a few of those moments with her. There are numerous things Eileen will be remembered for, not the least of which was her determination to live independently with dignity. Take comfort in knowing that Eileen worked and played her way to the end. "Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted."
