Obituary of John McKnight

McKNIGHT, John (Jackie) After a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family, at the SCGH on Wednesday, February 8, 2006, in his 67th year. Beloved husband of Margaret (Rita) McKnight. Loving father of Alan McKnight and Linda (John) Greene. Cherished Grandpa of Jessica, David, Sarah, Hunter and Emily. John will be sadly missed by many family members in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Alberta and England. John was a retiree of General Motors Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service to celebrate John's life will take place at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, on Saturday, February, 11th at 1pm in the funeral home chapel. Memorial donations to the SCGH-Palliative Care Ward would be appreciated by the family.
