Obituary of Adeline Storosko

Storosko, Adeline Frances (nee Baker) - Peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer at the St. Catharines General Hospital - NHS on January 3, 2006 in her 75th year. Loving wife for 54 years to Michael. Cherished mother of Michael Jr. (Lawna), Laurie Cameron, Leslie Penner (Al). Devoted grandmother to nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Beloved sister of Earl Baker (Mary Jane). Predeceased by her parents Grant Baker and Josephine Cameron. Many thanks to the Palliative Care unit team members at the St. Catharines General Hospital and the staff of Paramed and CCAC. Adeline is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. Visitation will take place on Thursday January 5, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A celebration of life for Adeline will be held on Friday January 6, 2006 at 11:30am at the George Darte Funeral Chapel. Cremation to follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
