Obituary of Craig Anthony Bosak

Bosak, Craig Anthony - Suddenly after a life long battle with Cerebral Palsy on Saturday December 3, 2005 at the Hotel Dieu - Shaver Rehab in his 30th year. Cherished son to Walter and Laramie. Beloved brother to his twin Andy (Betsy), Chris, Adam (Jaimie) and Kim (Mike). Survived by his nieces Camyrn and Katherine. Predeceased by his grandparents George and Betty Parker and John and Stella Bosak. Craig was cared for with special attention from Nan Betty over the years. Craig is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Wednesday December 7, 2005 between 9-11am with a celebration of Craig's life at 11am on Wednesday in the George Darte Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial remembrances may be made to either the Cerebral Palsy or Community Living in Craig's memory.
