Obituary of Allan Frederick Swann

SWANN, Allan Frederick - At the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital at the age of 82 on Thursday November 3rd, 2005. Beloved husband of Wilma. Cherished father of David (Joan), Judy (Eric Tolton) and Michael (Edith Matay - Swann). Dear grandfather of Heather, Cheryl, Arwen, Graeme, Trevor. Great-grandfather of Daniel. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Clara, brothers William and Norman and his sister Florence. Allan was a loyal member of St. Thomas choir. Allan was a WWII veteran serving in the Armoured Corp in Europe. Allan will be resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Friday November 4th from 7 to 9 pm and on Saturday November 5th from 11to 1:30 pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Ontario st., St. Catharines at 2:00pm. Donations to the St. Thomas Anglican Church Memorial Fund, Diabetes Association or to the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital would be deeply appreciated by the family.
