Obituary of Joyce E. Penner

Penner Joyce E. died peacefully after a brief illness on Monday Sept. 19, 2005 at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto. Joyce in her 80th year is the loving wife of David and dearest mother of Dave Clayton, Carol Penner, Dwight and Tara Penner, beloved grandmother of Ashley Clayton, Jessop and Haley Penner. Sister of Gerald Rothwell and Bonnie Maxmenko all of St. Catharines, predeceased be her parents Kathleen and Gerald Rothwell and her loving uncle Fred Wattam. Joyce will also be sorely missed by her nephews and nieces, other family and close friends here and in Florida. Joyce is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel 585 Carlton St. until Thursday at 12:30 pm . A ceremony to celebrate Joyce's life will be held at Carleton United Church at 1 am Visiting hours are Wed. 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Rebeccahs Lodge ceremony will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 7pm. Memorial remembrances to Ontario Heart and Stoke Foundation or the Oncology Clinic would be appreciated by the family.
