Obituary of Dennis William Jessome

Jessome, Dennis William Peacefully at Upper Canada Lodge on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at the age of 78. Loving father of Peggy Sullivan, Cathy Schottlander, Dennis Jessome, Laura (Tom Bauer) Jessome, Tom Jessome, much loved grandpa to Kevin, Leigh and Kristen Sullivan, Julie (Alen) Haramina, Sara and Ashleigh Schottlander and Melody Bauer. Proud great grandpa to Alen Julius Dennis Haramina, brother to Alex (Rita) Jessome of Ottawa and Josephine Laverty of Welland. Will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Jessome was born in Cape Breton and as a young man moved to Ontario where he began his career as an electrician at English Electric and then with St. Catharines General Hospital where he worked for 32 years before retiring. Mr. Jessome is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. where a funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. with Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
