Obituary of Robert (Bob) Degagne

DEGAGNE ROBERT (Bob) Suddenly, after a brief illness, on Saturday September 10, 2005 at the St. Catharines General Hospital NHS, in his 71st year. Loving dad of Lissa and Andrea. Husband of Judy. Dear brother of Ronald, Lawrence, Claude, Norman (Carole), John (Karen), Margaret (Jerry) Desilets, Yvette (Blaine) Brisson. Bob will be lovingly remembered by many family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Azarias and Germaine, sister Monique, and brothers Gilles and Andre. Bob will be missed by special friends Joan and Larry Lamb. Bob was employed for over 30 years in the radio advertising and sales industry in both North Bay and the Niagara Region. He was a member of the St. Catharines Business Club, the St. Catharines Ad and Sales Club and the Rotary Club. Bob is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Wednesday at 12:30pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Denis Church at 1:00pm. Cremation to follow. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 2:00pm.Memorial remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
