Obituary of Benjamin Hilimoniuk

HILIMONIUK, Benjamin Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 4th, 2005 in St. Catharines at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Maria and devoted father of Brenda, Edward, Barbara and John. He will also be remembered by their mother Teresa. Much loved grandfather of Joshua, Brigid, Matthew, Hannah, Ryan, Kristine, Craig, Samantha and Alicia. He will be missed by his sister in Poland and his many friends and family. Predeceased by his 2 sisters in Poland and his special friend of many years Anna Pidhaniuk. Benjamin was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Polish Branch 590 of Niagara Falls. Benjamin' s family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street , St. Catharines on Sunday, August 7th, 2005 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Vigil prayers at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 7:30pm. A Funeral Liturgy will take place on Monday, August, 8th at 10:30am at the Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 34 Elgin Street, Port Dalhousie with Rite of Committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
