Obituary of Edward Theodore Batorski

Batorski, Edward Theodore Peacefully on September 14, 2007 at Hotel Dieu-Shaver Hospital at 72 years of age. Loving father of Janice Ykema, Ellen and Paul Medve, Cherylann and Scott Bradley, dear grandfather of Jennifer, David, Theo, Reagan, Victoria and Devin, brother of Anthony Gloweski. Mr. Batorski was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Parish, Knights of Columbus and he had retired from the Niagara Regional Police Force in 1990 after serving the community for over 30 years. Mr. Batorski is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. until Friday at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Vincent de Paul Church at 11 a.m. with Rite of Committal in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery. Visiting Hours Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers for Mr. Batorski will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Memorial Remembrances can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation.
