Obituary of Jo-Anne Marlaine Miller

Miller, Jo-Anne Marlaine Peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, July 9, 2007 at Hotel Dieu-Shaver Hospital in her 54th year. Loving and devoted mother to Cody and Billy and will be remembered by their father David. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Christine Silvestro and her brother Ricky Silvestro. Dear sister of Michael (the late Donna) Silvestro, Dennis (Janet) Silvestro and sister-in-law Faye Silvestro. Will be remembered by her extended family Alma and Roy Leiding, Henry and Lidia Miller, Sherry (Jim) Tattrie, Cathy (Sandy) Simms, Jymm (Michelle) Miller, Lisa Kennedy and Doug Miller. Will be forever remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Jo-Anne loved family gatherings, celebrations and most of all she is known for keeping Christmas Magical for the children and adults in her life. Jo-Anne's family will receive friends at George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. on Friday from 12 noon until 2 p.m. A Funeral Service to Celebrate Jo-Anne's life will be held in the chapel at 2 p.m. with interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial Remembrances can be made to Breast Cancer Research or Canadian Cancer Society.
