Obituary of Kathleen Simpson

SIMPSON, KATHLEEN- Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side, on Wednesday July 4, 2007, in her 79th year. Loving wife of the Edward Simpson (May 03, 2007) for 58 years. Dear mother of Mike, Jim and his wife Trish Simpson. Cherished grand mother of Christopher, Kimberly, Jennifer, James and Joshua. Dear sister of Shirley and Bruce Wagner, and the late Ernie, Mabel, John. Aunt of Debbie, Karen and Mark. Will be fondly remembered by Helen and Bruce Muirhead, Marlene Ruth, Bill and Doris Gibbins. She was a long time member of First Grantham United Church and a member of the Ladies Grantham Optimist Club. Mrs. Simpson is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton where the family will receive friends on Friday from 3-5 pm. and 7-9 pm. A funeral service to celebrate Kathleen's life will be held at First Grantham United Church 415 Linwell Rd., on Saturday at 10 am. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzhiemer's Society of Canada.
