Obituary of Catherine Mary Murphy

MURPHY, Catherine "Kay" Mary, (Bradbury) Peacefully, on Thursday June 7th, 2007 at St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS at the age of 84. Beloved wife of John "Jack", her husband of 58 years, devoted mother to Theresa, Catherine, John, Brian, David, Linda, Donna and Deira. Grandmother to Lisa, Michael, Steven, Jason, Laura, Christine, Ryan, Kyle, Eric, Dean, and Sarah and great-grandmother to Jayce. Also survived by her brothers Tom, Bill and George, and her sister Rose. Mom was so grateful for her life and family and we were so grateful that we had her. In accordance to her wishes, cremation has taken place. Mrs. Murphy's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines (905-937-4444) on Monday, June 11th from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 12th at St. Alfred's Parish, 272 Vine St., St.Catharines at 11am. If desired, memorial donations to the Schizophrenic Society of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
