Obituary of Matthew Bakalarski

Bakalarski, Matthew ( Bucky ) - Passed away suddenly on June 1st , 2007 in St. Catharines at the age of 75 . Will be dearly missed by his loving wife Marie June of 42 years. Loving stepfather to Leona ( Jerry ) Tamborello , Roberta ( Matt ) Rutkowski , Inez and the late Gary Baker, Roxanne Tomiaolo, and to the late Ken Twoco ( 2006 ). Loving brother and best friend to Stella and the late Brownie Pawlik . Loving uncle to Cindy ( Peter ) Cwiertniewski and to Bonnie ( Robert ) Barron. Loving great uncle to Jenn, Michael and Jason .Bucky will be greatly missed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and their families.Pre - deceased by his parents Mary and Wincenty Bakalarski. Matthew retired in 1997 from The St. Lawrence Seaway Authority . Matthew is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street ,with visitation on Sunday June 3rd from 2-4 pm and from 7-9 pm.Funeral service will be held on Monday June 4th in the George Darte Funeral Chapel at 11:00 am . Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy , memorial remembrances may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation,The Jurivinski Cancer Center or to The Canadian Diabetic Association.
