Dear Kathie,
I want to tell you how sad I was to see that your mother had died in this morning's Globe. I thought of you and your family only last week when I was visting my parents, who now live in a senior's residence in London. I met a Ukranian woman there and I was telling her about you, and all the wonderful food you would bring back to London from home—especially those perogies with cheese and potato.
My thoughts are with you and all of your family, especially your father. Your mother accomplished so much in her life. I'm sure more than anything she was proudest of her children and grandchildren.
All my best,
Dianna

It has deeply saddened me to have learned of the passing of Mrs. Doliszny. Regretfully, I am unable to express my condolences to Mr. Doliszny and family in person since I now reside in Santiago de Chile.
I grew up in the Sts. Cyril & Methodius Parish and knew Mrs. Doliszny well from her active participation within the parish and the Ukrainian Catholic Womens League - she worked with my mother (Orysia Babij) for many years. I will always remember Mrs. Doliszny as a strong pillar (a natural leader) of the Ukrainian community - activities always seemed to flow smoothly as long as she was present. She was a wonderful representation of beauty and kindness - a very classy woman.
On behalf of my husband and myself, I would like to express our sincerest condolences to Mr. Doliszny, Bonnie, Kathie and Greg. I am truly sorry for your loss - please remember how truly blessed we all were to have known her and how she made a difference to all who met her. She will never be forgotten.
Sincerely,
Michele and Joseph Albright

We are happy to have known Mary through her son, Greg,& recognized in her, special qualities that are given to very few people. The fact that she has passed these on to her children attest to her strong maternal guidance. These qualities will live on in her children & her legacy will live forever. She was a very gracious lady & we were privileged to have known her & have her in our life. Ron & Cleone Jeffery

To the Doliszny Family,
I was deeply saddened upon hearing the news of your terrible loss. It's beeen a great number of years since I've seen Mary and many of you; my studies and work have taken me to far off places (living in Australia, and various parts of the USA). Hearing the sad news, I found myself reminiscing about "Ridna Shkola" on Saturday mornings, Plast meetings at Kniahynia Olha's and at your home with Greg, Plast camp, Ukrainian Community events and holiday celebrations, weddings at the Black Sea Hall... I still vividly remember her smiling face at many of these events/happenings, as if I had just seen her yesterday. It's truly amazing how such pleasant memories stay with you over the years. May your many fond memories of her provide you with the all the comfort and the strength you need to sustain you during this very difficult time.

My deepest sympathies on this sorrowful occasion.
I remember my Aunt Mary as awomen of virtue and an example of the good in human nature. I remember when I was young and had the pleasure of going to visit my Aunt Mary and Uncle Ben, the warmth and love that was shown to me warmed me to the core of my soul; I find as I work with children in my carreer this warmth is never forgotten and finds its way out of myself and into the children around me. If I could ever honour a person by being kind thid would be most fitting.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Lovingly, your nephew and cousin.

Dear Ben:
We were saddened to hear of the passing of your wife, Mary. Although we did not know her, clearly she was held in high esteem in the Ukrainian community locally and nationally. Her contributions to the Ukrainian community were major and you and your family can justifiably be proud of her. We want you to know that our hearts are with you.
Sincerely,
Phil and Sella Crouch
