Obituary of Stefan Gawlowski

GAWLOWSKI STEFAN On Saturday April 21st, 2007 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, at 81 years of age. Beloved husband of Weronika. Loving father of Barbara and husband Colin Walsworth. Cherished Dziadzio of Mark, Adam (Lidija) Turasz and great grandson Matthew. Stefan will be lovingly remembered by his many family members in England, Poland, France, Australia and the United States. Stefan was a member of the Royal Canadian Polish Legion where he was treasurer for many years. He was a member of the choir of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Stefan is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St until Tuesday at 9:30 am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 10 am. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 7 pm. Memorial remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or Meals on Wheels would be appreciated by the family.
