Obituary of Shirley Jean Gladys May Gamble

Gamble, Shirley- Jean on Wed. April 11 2007, 75 years of age at the St. Catharines General Hospital Site of the NHS. Shirley is the beloved wife of the late Fred Gamble (2004), loving mother of Judie and Tom Holomego, dear gram of Jessica and Jarrod Burtt, Jennifer and Joey Holomego and dearest greatgrandmother of Kennedy. Shirley is the dear sister of Marion Homer and Gerald Lawson and sister-in-law of Sandy Jodein. Shirley was like a second mom to Laura Marchio. Shirley was a member of Welland Avenue United Church. Shirley's family will receive their friends at the George Darte Funeral Chapel 585 Carlton St. on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Shirley's life will be held on Tuesday April 17, 2007 at 11 am. in Welland Ave. United Church. Cremation has taken place. In memory of Shirley those that wish, may make donations to the Rankin Cancer Run which would be appreciated by the family.
