Obituary of Erwin Hartmann

HARTMANN, Erwin It is with great sorrow, we announce that the Lord has called Erwin home with his sudden and unexpected passing on Tuesday, April 10th at the age of 75 at the G.N.G.H. Much loved husband of Doris for 50 years and cherished father of Patricia (Richard) Vickers and Jeff (Natalie) Hartmann. Beloved Opa of Natalie and Stephanie Vickers, and Justin and Erin Hartmann. He will also be missed by his brothers Werner (Erika) and Arnold (Renate) and his many nieces and nephews- residing in Germany and abroad. Erwin was a retired teacher who taught for many years at Kernahan Park Secondary School. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the F.G.B.M.F.I. Erwin's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Sunday, April 15th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Star of the Sea Parish, 34 Elgin Street, Port Dalhousie on Monday, April 16th at 10am. Rite of Committal Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Hwy 20, Fonthill.
