Obituary of Margaret Ellen Marshello

Marshello, "Peggie" Margaret Ellen (nee Towell) - On Monday March 12, 2007 at the St. Catharines General Hospital with her loving family by her side in her 93rd year. Beloved wife to the late Jerry (1990) for over 53 years. Loving mother to Randee Loucks (Andrew) of St. Catharines and Bob of Charlottetown. Cherished Grandmother (Gunga) to Samantha Roberts-Matejcic (Paul) of St. Catharines, Stephanie of Charlottetown and great grandsons Jackson Roberts and Holden Matejcic. Beloved sister of Nora Chiswell (Syd) of Cheektowaga, N.Y. and sister-in-law Pat of Niagara Falls. Survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and close friends. Predeceased by her brother Tom Towell. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the wonderful staff at both the Henley House (Lake Side), St. Catharines General Hospital and Dr. Garland for the care and compassion towards Peggie. Mrs. Marshello is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street until 10am Monday March 19, 2007. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, 6548 Dorchester Rd. in Niagara Falls at 11am. Cremation will follow the church service. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Vigil Prayers will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 7pm. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to either UNICEF or Canadian Blood Services in Peggie's honour.
