Obituary of Marie Therese Chartier

Chartier, (Marie) Therese Philemene At the St. Catharines General Hospital - NHS, on Thursday January 4, 2007 in her 89th year. Wife of the late Gerald Omar Chartier (1996) and loving mother of Geraldine (Lyle) Thomson of AB, Maurice (Lucille) Chartier of AB, Rose Marie Toolsie of BC, Noella (Richard) Brown of Niagara Falls, Juliette (John) Galsworthy of St. Catharines, Andrew (Michele) Chartier of BC, Patricia (Darcy) Mizera of AB and Phillip (Laurie) Chartier of MB. She will be sadly missed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son-in-law Daniel Toolsie, sisters Grace, Antoinette, Alice and brothers Aime, Roger and Phillip. Therese's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME 585 Carlton Street Monday 7-9 pm. Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church 316 Queenston Street on Tuesday January 9, 2007 at 10 am. Interment Lakeview Cemetery Thorold. Parish prayers will be recited at the funeral home Monday at 7:30 pm. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
