Obituary of Larry Lech Glab

Glab, Larry "Lech" Suddenly on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at St. Catharines General Hospital at 60 years of age. Beloved husband of Danuta for 31 years, loving and devoted father to Margaret and Ela, dear brother of Joseph and Christina Glab, dear uncle of Joanne W., Patricia, Joanne M., Ann and Patrick, predeceased by his parents Stanislaw and Stanislawa Glab, his brother Wesley and his brother-in-law Ted Pogwizd. He will be remembered by many cousins. Mr. Glab was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, he retired from General Motors on November 1, 2006. He will be missed by all who loved him. Mr. Glab is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. until Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 10 a.m. with cremation to follow. Visiting Hours Friday 2-4 and 6:30-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be celebrated in the funeral home on Friday at 7 p.m. Memorial Remembrances can be made to a charity of choice.
