Obituary of Carman Leonard Topping
Topping- Carman Leonard, Suddenly at the St. Catharines General Hospital NHS, on Saturday October 28, 2006 aged 58 years. Loving husband of Lynn Bradley of Niagara-on-the-Lake and cherished father of Angela and her husband Dave Martens of Elmira. He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Ernie and Michelle. Dear brother of Lois and her husband Ken Howie of Napanee, ON. and loving uncle of Gary Howie (Cathy) and Shelley Cadeau (Jody). Cherished son-in-law of Hope Bradley and the late Allen Bradley of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Dear brother-in-law of Rob (Shelagh), Jim (Kathy), Mary (Alvin), Bruce (Mary), Allison (Henry) and Paul (Lee). He was predeceased by his loving mother and father Lillian and Clare (Mutt) Topping and his beloved "Sparky". Carman was a devoted employee of the Ontario Power Generation Plant in Queenston for 40 years. Carman's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME 585 Carlton Street on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. A celebration of Carman's life will be held in the chapel Thursday November 2, 2006 at 1 pm. Interment to follow in St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church Cemetery Niagara-on-the-Lake. If desired memorial donations may be given to Animal Assistance Society or Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.
