Obituary of Julio Joseph Scapillati

SCAPILLATI JULIO JOSEPH Passed away suddenly, at the Niagara Falls General Hospital, on Sunday October 1st, 2006,at the age of 84. Survived by his children Linda Contant (Ron), Sandra Bergsma, Reg (Joy), Rod (Cathy), Carol Scapillati, Nancy Giorgini, Mary Louise Gubert (Michael), Richard (Ann). Predeceased by sons, Mark 1980 and Albert 2003. Julio is survived by his grandchildren Koby Vanyo (Bob), Sarah Jackson (Joel), Paul and Jeffrey Thususka, Nicholas and Michael Scapillati, Matthew and Cassandra Scapillati, Andrew and Kayte Giorgini, Kristen and Caroline Gubert, Ben and Wade Scapillati and 7 great grandchildren. Julio is also survived by his wife Dorothy. Mr. Scapillati served with the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1941 -1945. He was employed with the Ontario Paper Co. until retiring in 1982. At Julio's request a private family service was held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
