Obituary of Sharon Marie Neilson

NEILSON, Sharon On September, 27th, 2006, Sharon Marie Neilson passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Mom's humour and laughter will be missed by her children Steve, Sheri, Chris and his wife Connie, and their father Ken Neilson. Momma found her life's joy with her grandchildren Derek, Kevin, Sarah, Meghan, Kerin, Adam, Brandon and Cory. Sharon will also be missed by her mother Dorothy Empey, her brothers Pat McCann and his wife Hilda, Ted Empey and his wife Debbie as well as her nieces Bridie, Brianne (Mike) and Kerri, and nephew Brent. She loved dearly her aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as her extended family at the "Neilson table". She will finally be reunited with her father Joseph McCann , her son in law Eric Sinnige (October 26, 2004) and many other family members and friends. Sharon's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines in Sunday, October 1st, 2006 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Liturgy on Monday, October 2nd at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 316 Queenston Street at 10am . Vigil prayers for Sharon at the funeral home on Sunday at 7:30pm. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. Catharines General Hospital-Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
