my sincere condolences to Glen's family.
glen was perhaps the best friend that I have ever known. We went to school together for several years and his mom and dad were like second parents to me.we shared a lot of great times together and although we never were close later on in life I will remember him always as a true friend.
Rest in peace pal.

Dear Helen:
With deep sorrow, I read of the sudden passing of your dear husband Glen. Although I've never met him, I could tell by the way you spoke of him that you two had a very special relationship.
As you now go through one of the darkest times a human must endure, know that you are cherished as a dear friend by many people. These friends stand ready for you just as you have stood by them and so many others.
My thoughts are with you.

Dear Helen, Daniel and Julie: We are all so sorry to hear of your loss. I know there are no words that can possibly comfort you. Just know that we are all thinking of you and that you are in our prayers.
I have many memories of Glennie (as he will always be remembered by me) when we were children and into our teens. We shared so many family experiences such as vacationing at a cottage every summer, skiing, playing volleyball, badminton. Every summer we had picnics at Queenston Heights and Niagara on the Lake. In the winter we went skating, played hockey and enjoyed hot chocolate. Our families were together almost every weekend. He was not only my cousin - he was my friend. We drifted apart as we got older and had our own families but I will always remember his quiet ways, his quick wit and sense of humour, his laugh, always soft spoken, never seeking attention for himself. I am glad he had you in his life Helen - he was so happy and content with your friendship and love. My prayers are with you.
