Obituary of Udo Herman Matreitz

Matreitz, Udo Herman - On Sunday August 13, 2006 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in his 66th year. Dearest husband of Doris. Beloved father of Susan Kamckey (Jeff) of St. Catharines and Kristopher (Karen) of Niagara Falls. Cherished grandfather of Ainsley. Predeceased by his parents Emma and Hermann. Udo was an employee of General Motors for 38 years. His love and knowledge of cars was astounding. At Udo's request, cremation has taken place with a private family inurnment. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. As an expression of sympathy, memorial remembrances may be made to the Juravinski Cancer Centre in Udo's honour.
