KERIVAN-McQUAY, Norma
Passed away after a courageous battle while surrounded by her loving family at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday, August 6th in her 83th year.
Beloved mother of Sandra (Rick) Stanley, Linda (Dave) Robinson, John McQuay and Jim (Bernice) McQuay. Stepmother of Linda Kerivan. Much loved Grandma of Heather Bryant and Shawn McQuay, Jeff (Lynn) Calder, Timmy (Mary) Calder, Mickey (Deanna) Calder, Marty (Tanya) Calder, Jennifer (Harry) Green, Gillian (Aaron) Lavigne, Andrea McQuay and fiance Rob, Troy McQuay and Shauna McQuay. Great -grandmother to 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Also survived by her sister Bernice Reid. Predeceased by her first husband Robert McQuay, second husband Jim Kerivan and her son Jerry McQuay.
Norma was a member of St. Andrew's United Church for over 50 years and enjoyed sewing, knitting and crafts.
Norma's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Tuesday, August 8th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service to celebrate her life will take place at St. Andrew's United Church, 92 Main Street, Port Dalhousie on Wednesday, August 9th at 1pm. Burial to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Lung Association or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
