Obituary of Bernice Prada

Prada, Bernice - Unexpectedly on Wednesday July 26, 2006 in St. Catharines in her 76th year. Cherished and beloved wife of Charles for 53 years. A devoted and passionate mother to the late Ricky, Paula Silta (Dean) of St. Catharines, Susan Bernard (Crito) of Trinidad, Chris (girlfriend Lisa) of Barrie and Gerard of Orillia, Peter (Anne) of St. Catharines. Mum Mum will be sadly missed by Danielle, Josh, Katelyn, Lise, Mia, Brendan, Jaime, Richie, Jenna, Shannon and Jordan. Survived by her brothers and sisters Errol, Vernon, Cynthia, Claire and Arline and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Eman, Marjorie, Norma and Eugene. Bernice was a former employee of Eaton's (cosmetic department) for over 20 years Mrs. Prada is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Denis Church on Tuesday at 11am. Cremation will follow the service. Visiting hours Monday 6-9pm. Vigil Prayers for Mrs. Prada will be held in the funeral home Monday at 7:30pm.
