Obituary of Ersilia Costantini

Costantini, Ersilia - Died peacefully with her loving family by her side on Friday July 14, 2006 at the Hamilton General Hospital. Predeceased by her loving husband Carmine (1993). Mother of Gabriella Musa (Bruno) of Hamilton, Sal (Edda), Maria Falone (George) and Germano all of St. Catharines. Cherished Nonna of David, Sabrina, Samuele, Michael (Priscilla), Tanya, Andrea, Michelle and Jason, and great grandson Phoenix. Survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Alfonzo (Maria), Ferdinando (Filomena) and Italia Perilli (the late Francesco) of St. Catharines, and Maddalena Colangeli (Venanzio), Carina Colantoni (Venanzio), Antonia Francesconi (the late Danino) all of Italy. Predeceased by her sister-in-law Maria Palma Capacchione (Natalino), and all her siblings and their respective spouses. Mrs. Costantini is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church at 11am. Visiting hours are Sunday 7-9pm and Monday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Vigil Prayers will be held in the funeral home Monday at 3pm. Interment at Victoria Lawn Cemtery Memorial donations in Ersilia's honour may be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation.
