Obituary of Jan Nowacki

NOWACKI JAN Peacefully, in his sleep, on Sunday July 2nd, 2006 at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital, at 86 years of age. Beloved husband of Genowefa for 67 years. Loving father of Irene (Jim) McNarry, Mary (Larry) Smith, Terry (Tim) Moses, Jan (Fran). Cherished grandfather of many grandchildren and special dziadek to his great grandchildren. Jan will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends for his kind and gentle ways. Jan is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. until Wednseday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 11am. Rite of committall in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 7:30pm. Memorial remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
