Obituary of David Ralph Bourne

BOURNE, David R. Suddenly at St. Catharines General Hospital on June 20, 2006 in his 75th year. Dearly beloved husband of Adele for 46 years and loving father of son Stephen, brother of Barbara and uncle to several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Benjamin and Nina and his sister Peggy. Dave was born in St. John's , Newfoundland. He was also the owner of David R. Bourne Insurance Brokers and was Past President of the St. Catharines Central Lions Club and part founder of the WHEO Business Club. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Dave's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Sunday, June 25th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A service to celebrate his life will take place at the Church Of The Transfiguration on Monday, June 26, 2006 at 11 am. If desired, memorial donations to the Church Of The Transfiguration or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
