Obituary of Marie Zita Storms

STORMS, Zita Marie Jacqueline (Tremblay) Passed away after a long battle with cancer with her family and good friend Laurette Tellier at her side on Wednesday, June 7th at the St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS.She will be missed by her devoted husband John (Jack) Storms and her loving children Curtis (Sherri) of Maple Ridge, BC, Bruce (Alison) of Burlington, Greg (Eleanor) of London and Troy (Martha) of North Bay. Much loved grandmother of Cherielyn Storms and Jennifer Holla. She will also be missed by her brothers and sisters Jean Marc, Raymond, Victor, Lucille, Simone and Isabelle. Predeceased by her beloved son Kyle (1982), brothers Armand and Fernand, and sisters Anita and Ina.In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place.Zita's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, June 9th from 7-9pm. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, June 10th at 10am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3718 Netherby Rd., Stevensville. Vigil Prayers at the funeral home on Friday at 7:30pm. Inurnment will follow the service in the St. Joseph Church cemetery. In lieu of flowers. memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
